Refund Policy

Time Frame for Returns/Refunds/Exchange:

You may request a refund within a generous period of 30 days after the item is delivered. Do not return before contacting us, otherwise your return may be lost. We accept both refund requests and exchanges (size/color).

Conditions for Eligible Items:

We need to ensure that the items our customers return are in same condition that they received it. Therefore, items eligible for return/exchange should be in their original, unused condition, complete with all tags and packaging. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

Refund Method:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within within a certain amount of working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, as they cover the initial shipping and handling of your order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping:

Your satisfaction is our priority. While you are responsible for return shipping, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. We cover return shipping costs for damaged items only—please contact us first for approval. For other returns, shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund. To ensure the safe return of items valued over $75, consider opting for trackable shipping or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your return.

Exclusions:

We value transparency and fairness in our refund process. Therefore, we do not accept returns for items without prior return approval, used, broken, or altered items, items deviating from their original, sellable condition due to customer fault, and unpackaged items.
